HI-FLOW DE-ICING SPRAYERS

Our NEW SprayStriker™ HFE-series sprayers are the largest sprayers in the SprayStriker™ product family. These truck bed mounted de-icing sprayers have liquid tank capacities of 500-2650 gallons. Our fully 12V/24V electric-powered de-icing sprayers help contractors reduce salt usage while increasing their level of service.

SprayStriker™ HFE-series sprayers come standard with StrikeSmart™ controllers with GPS speed control and HTrack™ 2-way GPRS tracking and control system.

LIQUID SPRAYER DESIGN

The sprayer is designed for maximum liquid tank capacity and for use on different lengths of truck beds and municipal trucks. The durable and light poly tanks are supported by a powder coated stainless-steel frame construction. The dual
Hi-Flow pumps, motors, valves and CPU-units are protected inside an easy-to-reach stainless steel cabinet.

HTRACK™ TRACKING SYSTEM

This truck brine sprayer is compatible with our standard HTrack™ tracking software. You can track and manage all of your spreading devices and snowplows online on your computer, tablet or smartphone. The program shows treatment route and spreading details on the map in real-time or between specific time intervals. Spreading route details such as speed, GPS location and material used can be summarized and generated as PDF reports.

When using salt brine solution as
de-icing method, you save up to 75% on your salt used on each route, and reduce the impact on the environment!

FUNCTIONS AND ACCESSORIES

COLOR SCREEN CONTROLLER

The controller lets you customize your spreading session according to your current situation. Automatic GPS-speedcontrol adjusts the amount of spreading material (gal/1000 sq ft) according to your vehicle speed, while manual mode lets you insert a fixed auger speed. The controller additionally collects and saves essential data to an USB memory, allowing you to generate spreading reports. The controller also makes it easy to turn on functions, like vibrator, beacon and work light, from inside the cabin.

ANTI-ICING

By applying a liquid solution before the snow or rain falls, it will stay in the pores and cracks of the road and then restrict the bonding between the road surface and the ice. This will make the snow/ice come off easier when plowing.

DE-ICING

When a liquid solution is applied to an already icy/snowy road it will immediately start breaking up the ice from the top down. By mixing the right solution for your current winter temperatures, you wont be wasting salt or money.
