LIQUID SPRAYER

The Hilltip SprayStriker™ sprayer can be used for disinfection of city centers, shopping malls, bus and train stations. It’s also equipped with hose-reel option for hard to reach areas. The disinfection sprayer is available with a special telescopic disinfection spraybar. The spraybar is spraying from the height of 6.5′, to have the maximum spray exposure.

When disinfecting, it is not only the disinfectant that is important, but also how you spread it. The well-designed nozzles on the spraybar produces small droplets of less than 140 microns. The small droplets or mist cover the entire surface and the disinfectant is sufficient for a larger area. Hilltip has a long experience of de-icing roads and walkways and the same goes for disinfection.

LIQUID SPRAYER DESIGN

The liquid sprayer is designed for maximum liquid tank capacity and for use on variety of vehicles, trucks and machines worldwide. The durable and light poly tanks are supported by a powder coated stainless-steel frame construction. The liquid pumps and CPU-unit is protected inside an easy-to-reach stainless-steel housing. The electric 12V SprayStriker™ is easy to use and quiet, perfect for residential and industrial areas.

HTRACK™ TRACKING SYSTEM

This sprayer is compatible with our standard HTrack™ tracking software. You can track and manage all of your spreading devices online on your computer, tablet or smartphone. The program shows treatment routes and spreading details on the map in real-time or between specific time intervals. Spreading route details such as speed, GPS location, and material used can be summarized and generated as PDF reports.

FUNCTIONS AND ACCESSORIES

COLOR SCREEN CONTROLLER

Tailor your spreading session to your needs with the customizable controller. The automatic GPS speed control adjusts the amount of spreading material ( gal/1000 sq ft ) according to your vehicle speed, while manual mode lets you insert a fixed auger speed. The controller additionally collects and saves essential data to a USB memory, allowing you to generate spreading reports. The controller also makes it easy to turn on functions, like the vibrator, beacon and work light, from inside the cabin.
