BRINE SPRAYER

The Hilltip SprayStriker™ brine sprayer can be used in different ways when fighting icy roads and large parking areas. It is available in different sizes to match a versatile field of use, and to fit a wide range of vehicles. The brine sprayer for trucks is equipped with a dual 6’7″ wide spray bar or a hose reel with hand-held spray nozzle. The sprayer is also ideal to be used in the summer for agricultural purpose.

LIQUID SPRAYER DESIGN

The liquid de-icing sprayer is designed for maximum liquid tank capacity and for use on variety of vehicles, trucks and machines worldwide. The durable and light poly tanks are supported by a powder coated stainless-steel frame construction. The dual high performing liquid pumps and the CPU-unit is protected inside an easy-to-reach stainless-steel housing. The fully 12V electric-powered brine sprayers help contractors reduce salt usage while increasing their level of service. It’s simply the most efficient electric brine sprayer for trucks available on the market today.

HTRACK™ TRACKING SYSTEM

This truck brine sprayer is compatible with our standard HTrack™ tracking software. You can track and manage all of your spreading devices and snowplows online on your computer, tablet or smartphone. The program shows treatment routes and spreading details on the map in real-time or between specific time intervals. Spreading route details such as speed, GPS location, and material used can be summarized and generated as PDF reports.

FUNCTIONS AND ACCESSORIES

COLOR SCREEN CONTROLLER

Tailor your spreading session to your needs with the customizable controller. The automatic GPS speed control adjusts the amount of spreading material (gal/1000 sq ft) according to your vehicle speed, while manual mode lets you insert a fixed auger speed. The controller additionally collects and saves essential data to an USB memory, allowing you to generate spreading reports. The controller also makes it easy to turn on functions, like vibrator, beacon and work light, from inside the cabin.

If you apply a liquid solution before snow or rain, the liquid stays in the pores and cracks of the road and then prevents the bonding between the road surface and the ice. This will make the snow/ice come off easier when plowing.

When a liquid solution is applied to an already icy/snowy road, it starts breaking up the ice from the top down.
